Preventing Piles with Exercise

For your general health as well as an improvement in bowel function, which will help prevent piles, you should exercise regularly.

If the idea of joining a gym doesn’t appeal to you, incorporate a half hour walk into your daily routine or go swimming two or three times a week. Not only will you feel and look better, you'll find that keeping on the move keeps things moving!

If you do start to take more exercise don’t forget to keep hydrated.
