PREGNANCY It is true that many women will develop piles during the latter stages of their pregnancy or following a vaginal delivery. Generally, once the pressure of the baby has been removed from the pelvic area the piles should clear up of their own accord. But should they persist, your midwife or health visitor can advise on appropriate treatment. |
