About PPH

Procedure for Prolapse & Haemorrhoids (PPH) is a minimally invasive surgical treatment, typically used to treat Grade 3 or 4 haemorrhoids (piles). It may also be called stapled haemorrhoidopexy, stapled haemorrhoidectomy or stapled anopexy.

Thousands of people in the UK have had their haemorrhoids treated using PPH, and it has been proven to be as effective as conventional surgery.1
