PPH - Minimally Invasive Surgery for Piles

PPH minimally invasive surgery is appropriate for Grade 3 and Grade 4 haemorrhoids.

It is usually performed under general anaesthetic. However, PPH creates no wounds as it uses a unique stapling technique to pull the haemorrhoids back up into their normal anatomical position.

Because this is a minimally invasive procedure, the vast majority of the patients in the UK who have undergone this procedure report little post operative pain and are able to resume normal activities within a few days of leaving hospital.
